hi I'm have t2 low numbers 7.8.9 have been on metformin for year and januvia for about 6 months I'm having really bad side effects so when see my doc teusday am going ask for a plan for me to go on to come of it I juice live fruite wnd veg and it helps bring my bloods down and loss weight I have a genetic condition called Bardet-Biedl syndrome
Where I am partially sighted blind and very over weight I have found juiceing live fruite and veg pluse one small meal = 1800 helps so much
