Type 2
hello there. I've had type 2 for some time now . Just recently finding harder and harder to keep things under control . More and more days not feeling good . Recently seen by my doctor . But still unsure of things . Am I missing something

Hi - you say you're finding it harder to keep control - how are you monitoring your control, and what tools do you have in your armoury such as medication, dietary advice, exercise - what?

I have found over the years I have had to reavaluate what I do and make adjustments.

Susan, hello there. Lots of factors to consider I think. Stress, grub, infection, exercise, rest.. As has been advised here, test, adjust, repeat. Things can change quite rapidly can't they?
Let us know how you are doing darling.
