Hello everybody, just found this forum and I am looking into discussions , all seems very interesting for someone recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
Will try to ask questions in the relevant threads , thank you all for all the help.

Welcome Kat24 and ask any questions, there is so much to take in when newly diagnosed. Don't worry about grammar, people here are very accepting. Good luck with everything.
