Just thought I'd say hello, as I have been away to long on a self punishment crusade, with blood sugars climbing faster than Trumps rise to power. To be honest, I'm still in that place, trying to get out.
Basically I have been getting tired, and my legs giving up, if I stand for to long, my legs pain and very weak for days after. The Doctor says its CFS, I don't think it is. My neurologist says its down to my muscular dystrophy. I'm not sure, but its made me very down as I was always a very active person, now I cant even take the dog for a 10 min walk. So I rebelled, with the logic "no matter what I do I'm screwed with what seems like a 1 way ticket to a wheel chair"
But I need a reality check, and a good slap around my face.
I'm only making things worse for myself, I know that, but just trying to get that stuck in to the old grey matter is the problem.
