I have been diabetic for several years now and never knew medically as to how and why it's important to manage diabetes. But after a medical scare and I was forced to change my eating habits and I am now learning to retool, rethink with the help of my guardian angel on earth. I could not do this without the help of God and my angel on earth. Anyway, I am glad to be here to learn different learning and coping skills.
Hi and welcome to the forum. Are you T1 or T2, maybe one of the others? Perhaps you could let us know how you came to be diagnosed and what your blood glucose level was, that way we can give you some more useful information. Is there anything in particular you need help on or would like to ask, we are happy to help with any questions at all. I would suggest you have a good look around the site and the Learning Zone is also a good way to start but we are here to help you along the way.
Hi and thank you for reaching out. I am a T2 and I was diagnosed several years ago accidentally and I was into hyperactivity. For years, I was trying to figure out how to manage this diagnosis with no true success. Currently, I am listening to my body's needs and making decisions to be healthy and to manage T2.
