I would love to hear from anyone who has done a similar thing about next steps.
I'm planning to keep doing what I've been doing for the next 3 months and see if it stays the same, but after that I'm wondering if (without going back to my previous daily meals which I now realise were very high carb intake) I could have the occasional bowl of porridge or jacket potato without it ruining all my hard work?
