Hi there...

Just popped in to say "hello"! My name is Ivan Flack and I am 62 years old and have only recently been diagnosed with Type-2 Diabetes.

It still hasn't really "sunk in" yet but I have already made some dietary changes and started to do some exercise everyday!

I have a stack of questions that I am sure will get answered eventually...

Hi @IvanFlack and welcome to the forum. It does indeed take some time to "sink in"...for the first couple of months I was floundering around in deep confusion. Then I found this forum! There will always be someone to answer your questions, we are a knowledgeable and friendly bunch 🙂 I've learned so much from other posters and am still learning nearly 3 years down the line!
