Hi and welcome to the forum, garthin from this forum is your son is that right? 7 hours is 7 more hours then you have done so good luck and keep going

Hi Jill and welcome to the forum, keep it going hunny you're doing good so far xxx

Welcome to the forum Jill, from an ex-smoker.

It does get easier, the longer you can stay off the nasty weed.

I did keep suddenly finding myself smoking quite frequently since then though. However, was relieved that it wasn't true when I woke up!

Over the ten years that I haven't been smoking I have saved around ?12,000. That assumes a 20 a day habit, at ?4 a pack for 300 days of the year for 10 years.

Still interested in smoking?

Andy 🙂
