Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
I’m a Brit living in the US and was at 64 diagnosed with type 2.
Im here to read and comment on people’s personal experiences and results. Despite what various Organizations/Associations say I’m now a strong believer that drastically lowering carbs and exercising is the way to go. It’s working for me. Down from 10.00 in the morning to about 7.0.

Hi @FredT welcome to the forum. Yep low carbs and exercise is the way to go.

Welcome Fred 🙂

Welcome to the forum Fred from a fellow T2. There's at least other forum member who's in America I believe.

Welcome Fred, I completely agree about those nasty carbs 😱
