Hello and welcome to the forum.

Welcome here and welcome to the struggle from a fellow T2, who's 14 months into being a T2 and 17 months into the healthy diet.

Hi and welcome to the forum.:D

Hi chili, welcome to the forum 🙂 Have you been diagnosed long?

Not aslong as some going on 5yrs now but i am weak willed and tend to lapse into lazy bad habits, i do try. My reason for joining a forum and seeking help is so i can get myself on the right track and stay on it

Hi and welcome to forum

This forum is a great place for help and advice.

Hi Chili.🙂 It can be so easy to go off the wagon with Diabetes as it often doesn't show any symptoms. You could be eating cream buns to your heart's content for years and have no ill effect, then all of a sudden you feel a bit poo & you realise youre high blood sugars are doing irreversible damage. Thinking about what could happen is what keeps me on track.

Hi, I am recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, finding it quite overwhelming at times, though have loads of stuff happening at moment. Also probably just me but I find it difficult navigating round this site.....but I am here and using resources like the education programme. Going on Desmond programme next Friday here in Cambridge....anyone else going?

Hi Patsimock

Welcome to the forum. It is not just you that finds using the forum confusing. I have just kept asking questions, however silly, and had all the help I needed without being made to feel silly. There are quite a few threads from me on Use of the forum in the general message bit which might be helpful, if not start a new thread and ask.

I hope that you find lots of help on the forum. I have found that there is always someone who will answer a question. The advice is supportive, empathetic and informative.
