Hi there, I was diagnosed with Type 1 last June, shocked to say the least!!

Glad to find out what was wrong with me though & well under control now, still in the honeymoon period at the moment!

I have been checking out this site for a few days & thought it's about time I registered so I can chat to others in the same situation, so, look forward to hearing from you!!

I was diagnosed at the end of May last year, so we've had about the same amount of time to get used to the idea🙂
