I am Shafiul. I am a software engineer. I am here to learn about diabetes and how to stay safe from it. I hope I will get a very good environment here. I am enjoying seeing you people here. Thanks all.

Hi can by stay safe form to you mean lower changes of getting it. Or living with it and keeping yourself safe.

Hi Shafiul!
Welcome to the Diabetes UK forum, it's great to have you be a part of it! Any questions, I'm sure all the guys here will be happy to help!🙂

You say you are here to learn about diabetes but do not say if you are diagnosed as diabetic (unless I have missed it) if so you might want to add that to your profile.
The Learning Zone (orange tab at the top) may be useful for you as it may then fill in some of the gaps in your knowledge and help with some of the misapprehension in some of the things you have said in your other post.
The route people go through for diagnosis in the UK sounds rather different from where you are.
