Hi, I was diagnosed T2 a few months ago, since then I’ve lost 2 and a half stones in weight I’m looking better but feel so tired all the time, Ive just bought a blood tester monitor and it was 7.0 yesterday morning and 5.6 this morning.. is that good or bad ?

Welcome to the forum.
That looks pretty good, fasting levels of between 4 and 7mmol/l would be normal range.
Well done with the weight loss. If you are cutting carbohydrates then maybe increasing protein and healthy fats to give you the nutrients for energy. Also worth getting things like vitamin B12 levels checked as if that is low it can cause tiredness.

Those are both normal blood sugars so if you’ve feeling tired all the time for a while I’d go to see the GP. It could be that something else is going on like low iron levels or thyroid issues etc.
