Hello Back After A Year And off Insulin wanted to share my news

Hello everyone hope you all safe and well sorry not been on here for sometime. In February this Year I was taken off Insulin I have come a very long way on my journey from 5 needles a day to nothing with diet control .

i am at the moment on no medication at all been 10 months now. :>) Stay safe Louise
