Hiya - I'm going to have to say, look in the recipe section and the weight loss section, of this forum. Shedloads of info in both.

Hi and welcome to the forum @Peanuts22 - Another interesting place to look is the 'What did you eat yesterday' thread, although this can sometimes get bogged down by 'chatter' but worth a scroll through - noting, of course, people's type of diabetes, and if they are on meds (usually as a footnote under their post). That will help determine whether something is suitable for your particular circumstances. Another site I found useful was : https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/keto/recipes.

Other low carb recipes are included in links throughout this forum but i cant remember the name of it - im sure you will come across it - happy hunting!

Welcome to the forum @Peanuts22

There are lots of friendly, helpful folks on the forum, who have used a number of different weight loss strategies, and have some great tips and suggestions for keeping them ‘BG friendly’

Take a look in the weight loss group

or the Food/recipes section

You might also find the Diabetes UK ‘Enjoy food’ pages
