Just joined because I think I may need a little help with my food intake I seem to have gone off track and yesterday felt nauseous and was sick I am concerned that my diabetes has got worse I have managed to keep it under control for several years now but the sickness is now concerning me any suggestions as what this is thanks all.

I suspect that you need to evaluate what you are eating in the way of carbohydrates and see if that is a possible reason for your feeling unwell.
High intake of carbs results in high blood glucose levels, more so if it is after a long period of overdoing the carbs.

Thanks for the quick reply, yes I just needed confirmation that I have gone off piste with the diet
too many chips and fried fish wrong sort of bread back on track today hopefully feel better tomorrow.
