Hi all, I was diagnosed with Type 2 in November and I am still confused about the whole situation and also feel I haven't got a great deal of support from my Medical Centre. I am stil coming to terms with things and working out what foods / drinks will do me more harm than good. Not having a sweet tooth or one for sugary fuzzy drinks will work in my favour but its less things to 'give up' or 'cut down on' the same applies to Alcohol or Smoking too I guess as I don't partake in those either.
