Hi, not new to diabetes but to this site, quick question, hellmanns tomato ketchup with honey, good or bad?

In modernation it's fine. Most people never have more than a large teaspoon full. I would rather have a little bit of what I like than ban things completely. e.g. I know chips spike my blood sugar but I will eat about 6 chunky home cooked ones with a bit of ketchup. I can't eat a plate full but I don't have to deny completely.
