Type 2
hi i use gym each day i either swim or play squash or workout ,i have controlled my eating & eating lot more healthier
i am not out the woods yet ,it might be a year but its my goal to reverse type 2
my questions is regards what fish to eat & how long can it be kept in fridge once cooked
i have tubs & going to date all its taking time to re adjust but i am enjoying the second chance & learning along the way
i want to take fish & few nuts & fruit to gym but how long can fish stay outside fridge
i don't live from gym so i break come home .re fuel rest and go back
sometimes i take fruit & nuts etc

I’m not sure fish sounds an ideal food to precook and keep cold then take to the gym. It won’t be very practical to eat fish in the gym. Is there any reason you’re looking to eat fish there, can you eat before or after going instead?

If you want to take things that would normally be in the fridge then you could get an insulated bag with an ice pack to put your food in.

Any fish is good.
Oily fish, but preferably wild caught is better.
Personally, I find it's difficult to exercise without tasting it again!
Bland food is better, or eating things like that later for me.

Those tins of mackerel in ring pull tins are good handy & healthy, might stink place gym out but who cares.
