Well I had the 6 week assessment at the gym. Weight loss was about 1kg which felt like lacking even though I've been told muscle weighs more than fat. I'd had a bit of a bad day at work and ended up leaving work in a rush which I hope is the reason for my ear popping blood pressure 😡
The positive reading was that my heart rate was down (thank goodness something was!) Unfortunately the doctor never mentions my heart rate and scowls at my blood pressure and weight so those are the things I need to see an improvement in. I've put off getting my bloods done until after the 12 weeks as I'm hoping there will be an improvement there.
The person doing the assessment was very encouraging as she has seen my attendance and knows I have been working plenty. She tried to convince me that if I keep at it the muscle gain will stop and the weight will start to drop. I promise to stick at it and see how the remaining 6 weeks go of the referral.
