THIS year, as AM for Caerphilly and chair of the cross-party group on healthy living, I?ll be launching the seventh annual National Healthy Living Week.
It will run all week, with an event taking in the Senedd, in Cardiff Bay, tomorrow.
National Healthy Living Week aims to promote a better lifestyle by encouraging people to be active in whatever way they can, and to eat a healthy, balanced diet.
