Hello,

I'm trying to use the Diabetes UK IHP template, but it contains a few mistakes / formatting errors.
The document has been Password Protected with 'Restricted Editing', so I can't amend / correct.

Do you know the password to un-restrict the template?

Thank you

That will only be available to Diabetes UK themselves however - if you highlight and copy the bits you want then paste them onto a blank page in Word, you can play with it to your heart's content.

However if there are errors in the template, then you do need to tell DUK about them - we are only the internet forum not the charity itself who publish the template in their Schools pack.

Thank you @trophywench
Hi there @LeeBoz , can I double check that this is the page you are referring to, with a link to the IHP Word doc: https://www.diabetes.org.uk/guide-t...hools/ihp-a-childs-individual-healthcare-plan
I believe that the document opens in a 'Protected view' so you should be able to 'enable editing' or save the document on your own device in order to edit it yourself, but I will double check this and get back to you. Can also ask the team to review for errors so that we can update the document. Thanks.

Hannah - we can open Word docs on our laptop, but we have not invested more money in yet another copy of 'Office' - it no longer comes already loaded on computers. It's a very basic version of Office and in any case to do editing and making comments in the established way with the 'speech balloons', you need either Office Pro (even dearer) or the Student version.
