Beware ?healthy? diets, girls
Health conscious women who eat mainly fish and chicken could be storing up as many problems as those who tuck into junk food. Too little iron in both sorts of diet is to blame. The report also warned that the government?s reforms of the NHS were proving a ?distraction? and putting attempts to save ?20 billion by 2014 in jeopardy.
