I've been getting headaches pretty much every day for the last few days.
It's not the migrane type in which you have to go hide in a dark room, I can ignore them and if I can keep busy I don't notice it so much. But once I stop it's there in the background. I'm OK first thing, but as I go through the day it starts appearing and usually by lunchtime it's there.
Now, my glasses are at the end of their prescription life - but surely it wouldn't go from one day being OK to the next being headaches? I work in an office environment and am in-front of the screen most of the day.
It seems to somewhat bypass paracetamol as well
Might check with the local pharmacist first. Getting into the GP would take a few days.
