My BG levels have come down alot in the last week usually around 8 on a morning and between 6.5 and 5.5 before my meal on a night.

Only problem is that I have been suffering with a really bad headache on a evening :(

Hi hun,

I suffered with these but on rising from bed on a morning, i found that is was a symptom of my high sugar levels but also a hyper sign for me personally. If the use of a painkiller does not work for you hun then go to the doctors suffering headaches for a sustained amount of time is not good.Have you got anything on your mind at the minute hun that could be stressing you thus causing head pain?

The headaches are probably your body adjusting to lower glucose levels, but other possible causes include dehydration, eye strain or in my case high blood pressure.

If you're worried it is worth getting an eye test done, especially if you're due one, or see your doctor. It is always worth getting re-assuarnce.

I hope you feel better soon.
