Hi,

I had a good weekend but ate sensibly. I was at an event and drank 8 pints of beer over one day and one bottle of wine the next.

On Monday I decided not to eat breakfast but to eat between 12 and 6pm and see what happened. I was fairly hungry by 11.30 but hung on!
Dinner was chicken and a lot of veg followed by berries and double cream(!) an hour later. I will have made up for not having breakfast but no alcohol.

Went to bed at 9.30 and woke up at 1am with a headache which I took one Panadol and had a good sleep. I think the headache is alcohol withdrawal rather than going to 2 meals a day. Maybe slightly dehydrated.
The good news is I lost a couple of pounds in the meantime. I had breakfast this morning just in case but I will miss breakfast tomorrow.
Trouble is I have 2 dozen eggs in stock which wont get used if I don't have breakfast! I think planning before you go shopping and sticking to your plan is sensible but somedays you just like to eat!
 
If I drank that much I'd be very, very ill!
 
Why not have eggs for lunch or dinner?
I am not sure about 2 dozen but you could have a pretty good 4 eggs omelette.
I bought the eggs because I was going to have them for breakfasts. I also have one in my salad every day.
I will use them up somehow. I think I have decided that if I do eat breakfast I have to walk after tea. If I dont have breakfast I can sit and do nothing!

Just like you can mix things up with breakfast days and non breakfast days, you can mix it up with 1 egg salads, 2 eggs salads, 3 egg salads or even omelette and salad.
I don't know about you (although I can hazard a guess based on your "yay or nay breakfasts") but I can get very bored eating the same thing day in day out and am less likely to diverge from my food goals if I vary it.

OK I know you know this - I am teasing.
Enjoy your eggs how ever you take them.
