Sneezed on injecting my breakfast 7.5 units, loads came back out. Have no idea how much I got or didn’t. Ate half my breakfast. Did a comparison shot on paper and looks like I lost it all.

Thank Inka, ’ve ended up eating nearly all my breakfast. So far a nice flat line . So probs got more than I thought.

Yes, you should always assume you got the full dose and eat all your meal. Better to have to correct a bit of a high than to risk a hypo.
