The threshold for a diabetes diagnosis is over 47mmol/mol so 62 is not too high but high enough to take seriously. There are people here who start off in triple figures and manage to get down to normal levels by making life style changes along with the help of medication or one sort or another.

Has that risen from your previous readings @diabetic ?
Has your GP or nurse given you any suggestions of changes you might make to reduce your glucose levels? Or what sort of HbA1c you should be aiming for? (ideally everyone should get an individualised suggestion that takes their whole situation into account).
