Hello @Dreamlover 🙂

Have you already had an HbA1C test? If so, what was the result? Or have you had a fasting blood sugar test?

Let us know a little more about what’s been happening with you.

Welcome to the forum @Dreamlover

Is your HbA1c test just routine, or do you have any symptoms that are being investigated?

Do you have anyone in your immediate family who lives with diabetes?

One of the most obvious things you can do at this stage is to cut back on any sweet and sugary things in your diet (including fruit juice), and also to try to restrict helpings of ‘simple‘ sources of carbohydrate - white bread, rice, pasta, breakfast cereals etc. If your body is beginning to struggle to cope with blood glucose,it is those things which will be putting on extra pressure.

Let us know how you get on!
