yey 6.3 yesterday -out of interest what is the best you can get to - not that were going to get hung up about it- can only do our best
 
Anything in the 5's is excellent. I've heard of peeps getting into the low 5's but they seem to have to really work at it.

My current 'best' is 5.8% (or 40mmol/mol) and I am very happy with that.

By the way, anything below 6.5% is really, really good.
