Might just have been a little cheeky at work a few days ago and checked my HbA1c on the sly post clinic at the start of the month. 6.7% or 50 mmol/mol in new money. Just my best ever HbA1c. Happy days.

Well done Tom - I cried when I got mine under 7 for the first time ever in my whole life!

Even though it was the most miserable git of all the receptionists at the doctors who told me - misery guts he may be but I wanted to kiss him at that moment. (Cor, how horrible would that have been? - phew, luckily I regained my sanity almost immediately ..... )
