HBA1C

Thanks everyone for all your thoughts, ideas etc. Yesterday I was summoned to the Surgery for more blood tests. Results are in already, mostly satisfactory by all accounts. Interestingly after four weeks of Low carb my HBA1C is now 49. Onwards and upwards!

Preferably downwards?

Low carb is said to be 50-130 g/day. One nutritionist calls 50 strict (for weight loss), 130 liberal (for the more active) and 80 moderate (for maintenance).

Take your pick!
