Hello lovelies , sorry I can’t find my other post , but here’s the update , my HBA1C level is at 38 so it has a tad gone up whoops but all is okay 🙂 . My doctor didn’t noticed me when I first walked in lol . She asked how everything is going and not thinking what I’m doing (diet and exercise) as a chore it’s just fallen into place like brushing your teeth and getting food . So she’s extremely happen for me and is impressed . She has asked me to still keep going with strength training for muscles and said I shouldn’t have a problem otherwise . I see my specialist in just over 2 weeks so she will be happy and hopefully she will discharge me aswell that was pending on my HbA1c levels . Overall it was an good appointment 🙂 .

Great HBA1C, even if it has gone up a little. It takes a lot to impress a nurse, so well done!!! 🙂
