Morning All,

So after being diagnosed in September with an HbA1c at 135 I am now down to 45. Thrilled isn't the world. I know I am in the honeymoon period still more than likely, just hoping when this ends the principle is the same just with increased doses and good management and monitoring.

Fabulous result! Congratulations! Some people find the honeymoon period makes managing their diabetes easier and others find it makes it really erratic, so it may get easier or a little more challenging when it ends.... time will tell! Of course, by then you will also be more experienced and therefore better equipped to manage it if it is a little more challenging, so chances are you have pretty much cracked the hardest part of learning curve and now it is just about chugging along and dealing with the odd bump in the road. Well done!

Well done @sharp00782 You deserve to be every bit thrilled. Keep up the great work.
