Had the bloods taken after Pump Clinic on Monday and just received what I can only describe as an unbelievable HbA1c

45

In the 15 years since the Total Pancreatectomy I've strived to (occasionally) achieve 6.9 (as it was back in the day) / 52.

Certainly wasn't expecting 45 as my TIR has been very random due to multiple creon regime changes / tests to see if there was an underlying issue (other than not having a pancreas) for my high creon usage....

Many congratulations to you and your pump for an excellent result! Well done!

Great news. I must remain pragmatic and manage my expectations, for now! But well done @martindt1606.

Well done!

Well done Martin a fantastic result and gives hope for the rest of us 3Cs but great effort.

Excellent news @martindt1606 about your hbA1c result. Having to manage insulin and creon can't be easy. I take my virtual hat off to you.

Well done Martin a fantastic result and gives hope for the rest of us 3Cs but great effort.
Just wish I knew how and why so that there was half a chance of replicating….

Great stuff! @martindt1606

Congratulations on your cracking Hba1c :party::party:

Fantastic!

Some surprises are more welcome than others. Well done, in the face of your additional creon
challenges.
