HBA1c tomorrow!

got appointment with DSN tomorrow, so any guesses what HBA1c will be?

Last time was 9.2 😱 has gotta be betta, hasn't it?

Well just back from app. with DSN and . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

HBA1c now 7.2 😱 am absolutely gobsmacked (in a good way)
cholesterol/lipids at 3.6/1.05
have put on a little weight but not too much
and blood pressure 120/85


DSN very pleased with me, just not sure how I've managed this but am sooooo pleased with myself , hope pride doesn't come before a fall, hehe
