Hi All,
I got my 2nd hba1c result and it was 39,the 1st one in April was 40 and i was diagnosed at 80 in January this year. I've managed to lose 22.5 kg in weight and cycled 1400 miles since February. Currently on 2 metformin tabs and a statin a day, and the doc has said i could be reducing the metformin dose to one a day if the numbers stay the same, so here's hoping.i feel good and that's the main thing for me at this moment, so the numbers hopefully will stay at a decent level and i will continue with the diet and exercise lifestyle i've adopted as it seems to be working for me.This is my life now and i am determined to not let this condition be a blight on my life.

Well done

That is really fantastic and a great attitude!
