I have had my HbA1c results and I'm very happy it is now 41!🙂 I'm very relieved as I was getting anxious. Another good thing is my Cholesterol has also gone down to 6.3 which is the lowest it has been since before 2017, and that is with me eating full fat dairy since I've reduced my carbs intake.

Into normal range - well done, and thanks for sharing. Keep working on the cholesterol. Mine was high at diagnosis but I'd got it down to 3.85 at my most recent test just before Xmas.

Fantastic results, well done!!
