Not so keen on my current 56 (or rather I spose it's previous) - but I love your 49 !
 
Well done for getting it so low!

You're still at the lower end of the scale so I'd not worry too much. Given that you got it down to a great level initially, you'll have an idea of how to improve moving forward so it's just about making conscious adjustments.
