just to follow up @Neens thread, and thanks to the great advice I've had from the forum. You are all amazing guys! I couldn't have done this without the low carb advice I've been given on here!!!

I've gone from 97 in November to a wonderful
38

😛😛😛 I'm absolutely overjoyed!

Congratulations @Mephistophlillie that's an amazingly good result, and I am sure well deserved

I was going through a bad time in November. Eating/drinking horrendously, just lost my mum, was stressed and worried. Convinced it had a bad impact on my initial test

97 to 38 WOW
What a lovely surprise for you, I bet you were gobsmacked when the nurse informed you, I bet she was too.

I know!!! I've been rigorously self testing, and found a formula online that suggested my average glucose would come out somewhere near to 41 - and to be honest was hoping for that - but expecting it be a bit bigger.

I could have fallen off my seat when it's actually a shade lower!!!

Fantastic!

Really well done. That's some serious weight loss - bet it had a big impact.

it really has. The last line of the first paragraph of Maggie Davey's letter is so true!

"..you'll probably be more fit than you've ever been in your life, you'll have energy that you maybe thought had gone forever, and you're likely to be in better mental shape as well .."
