Gutted, I know I've been I'll and under a lot of stress with work and what not, but omg so so disappointed.... makes me feel sick, stupid body after all the hard work and being good............
I am sorry to hear it Di, but please do bear in mind that you have not had exactly a 'normal' time of it over the past few months have you? It will be much better next time now you have pebbles and all the other stresses out of the way 🙂

Hi Di,
gutted or not, considering what you have been through. That's a good result.
Surgery, illness, work stress and adoption process!
So very well done on the damage limitation.
I agree with Alan, that is not to bad a number after what you have been through this past few months, just remember some of these problems started back in January at Oxford. Now you can work on things and get back to where you want to be, and you will do it. xx
Sorry to hear you are disappointed DI, but as others have said - given what you have been going through you have done very well to keep it down to that level - some people struggle to get in the 7's at all. Cold comfort, but hope your disappointment fades fast.
I think with everything you've had to put up with that's a good result, try not to be too hard on yourself, just concentrate on getting the next one lower 🙂
Di please don't be upset by this result. You've been through so much this year. Think of today as the beginning of a new phase of your life which will improve your BG levels.
I'm sorry you're disappointed Di, but try to think how bad it might have been if you hadn't been trying so hard, and count that as a victory. I've not been around for a while but it sounds like you've been going through it a bit. Not really surprising that you've not got the results you were hoping for. I hope things settle down for you so that you can work on getting what you want next time. XXXX
Sorry you are so disappointed Di, but think about the all the challenges you have faced - put them behind you - and think about the great things ahead - including that ideal HbA1c! Hugs[[[]]] Katie.xxx🙂
Thanks for the replies everyone, you are all right, I have been through the mill this year.
I'm back running now so hopefully this will help and I've told work I am not going to continue working 10 to 16 hrs days or weekends. I explained my HbA1c to them and what will happen if I don't pay more attention and get back on track.
Still really disappointed tho, made me feel well cheesed off on top of my postponed Panel😱
