47, (down from 50). Don’t know if cholesterol was done at the same time, as receptionist didn’t know, but I can get a copy of the result and will do in next day or so.
 
Hope you are pleased with that, into pre-diabetic range rather than diabetic.

Onwards and downwards!

I’ll certainly try to carry on with what I've been doing. Unfortunately, my weight loss has stalled a bit of late, so to kick start it again, I’m going to get on my exercise bike some more and up the miles a bit. Exercise is certainly having a good effect on my bg’s, as am getting a lot more 4 point somethings.
