Saw Doc this morning with HBA1C result of 49,hes very happy with where i am but i know on one of the websites they said that good control is seen as 48 and under and i suspect that really its probably less, but what amount is good?
Im certainly happy with where i am as ive had a very stressful time recently and havent been as tight with my control and ive got a bad back at the mo so just walking, no circuits classes or zumba at the mo :(

48 equates to 6.5%, so you are just slightly above that - a great result, and you already know how you might be able to improve once those stresses are removed from your life. Remember also that exercise can be a great way of relieving and distracting yourself from stress! 🙂
