.....HbA1c again

Bloods taken yesterday, I get the results tomorrow....for once (very rare!) I feel quite confident of a good A1c ......hoping for 6.2, fingers crossed! ....any guesses out there?

It will be 5.9% 🙂 How often do you get your HbA1c? I'm normally twice a year, but it will only be once this year as I cancelled my appointment this week due to mum's funeral.

Normally twice a year Alan for me. I have never had a result in the 5s and to be honest I will get a telling off if it is in the 5s. My SD is pretty good though lately....don't want to jinx myself but have had less cannula failures lately, leading to much more stable numbers.

So sorry to hear about your mum, I thought you were less active on here recently.....I wasn't aware.

I probably could have done, but since there isn't anything in particular to worry about I thought I might just as well leave it until December.

Too be honest I do wonder about the last one... Id had a doughnut filled month, so it could have beena bit dodgy. We shall see when the next comes about.
