HbA1c - a result !!!!!!!

thats great news, any courses are great as we get to learn so much more and I really enjoyed my course as you take the whole week, or however long your couse is and just focus on your diabetes without work/life getting in the way. let us know when you get on it.

is it like am exam as i aint been on one i would like to know what is entails?? do i sit there with a pen and paper rushing down notes or sitting there like in school ?????

nooo, well dafne was not like school at all, so relaxed, i dont know but im sure yours will be similar, i hope you enjoy it and get as much out of it as i did!

Hello everyone - I am so excited

As you know I started late Feb this year taking insulin, after a year of ever rising blood glucose levels. Type 2

Just had a call from the DSN at the hospital

HbA1c down from 10.4 to 7.9

Yeah, I am so pleased, not perfect - but so much better.
