I've just received my 3 months results. It's showing as 7.6% I guess that's better than 12.9%. Lost 2 stone in 3 months so hopefully I'm on the right track.

Great results Rebel - and fantastic weight loss! Keep up the good work! I hope you are feeling much better for it 🙂

Heya becky, well done and thats a great reduction in HBA!

So....whats your secret to the weight loss! I have put on 2 stone and desperately need to lose it as nothing is fitting and the heat v's weight loss is killing me! Was it determination(diet & exercise too) or medication, if so, what was it?

Fantastic results Becky, keep up the good work :D.

Wow. Well done Becky. Kep up the good work. 🙂

Wow ,Becky youve done really well , great results in a little amount of time 🙂

Well done thats brilliant. Your hardwork is paying off.

Thanks everyone.
Not sure what my secret was a part from I changed my whole diet as I never used to eat salad, Veg or Fruit, plus I bought a cross training and went on that for 5 minutes a day whilst watching the soup in an evening. Plus what really help was my wife hired a hot tub for a week, which relaxed me and lowered my blood pressure so I felt like I could do more.
It does help that I'm not currently taking any medication too I guess.

That's a brilliant improvement.:D. Well done
