After a couple of years of never being in the single figures... i think it was 13 point something about two years ago.... and 10 point something at the end of last year...

My hb1ac today was 7.4%!!!! YAY!!!

I had set myself the target of 7.5%... so double yay... as I never really believed I was going to make the target

Next time... 6.5%...
 
Fantastic Jax! :D I think this is turning into a 'good news' day with improved A1Cs, Ally's new job, and a certain other bit of news I got about one of our members... 😉
 
Oh yeah, and I just would like to say, that this board and you guys can be blamed for a lot of the success on that.. I may not post that often but I have been reading it most days... and has really kept me motivated in my recent spur against the blood sugars

So thanks guys!

The main difference is just pretty simple; testing a lot more frequently (and not being put off by the high results)...

The other big difference is cutting down the carbs in the evenings...

Still a lot more work to do to really get it all under control, but I feel much more confident that its actually doable now 🙂
