Just got my first set of results back since being diagnosed in July

HbA1c down from 61 to 52
Cholesterol 3.9
Am on my Metformin 500g 4 times a day but am now 10kg lighter and healthier 🙂

Well done Rogerbee. I am sure that those results are due some really hard work from you.
I'm sure you will have picked up some good habits along the way, so just stay with those and you will get even more good results

2014Hb1ac 54
2017Hb1ac 42
2018Hb1ac 40
Taking 2x500g metformin

That’s a great result, you must have worked really hard. Very well done and keep it up xx

Well done Rogerbee. Really happy for you. Hope you continue the progress.🙂

Similar to yourself I was diagnosed with a level of 53 and will be going back for my tests next month to see if they have dropped. Good to know your changes made a difference as I’ve made massive changes in diet resulting in losing more than a stone. Down to 11 stones now.
