Had an appointment with my Diabetic Nurse yesterday she is now really pleased with my BS numbers i am around 7 first thing on a morning and between 4 and 5 at lunch time and same numbers before my evening meal. I have had a couple of low readings under 4 so she wanted to discuss with the doctor me now coming off the two Gliclazide tablets i take each morning.

She has now discussed this with the doctor and they have been taken me off the Gliclazide tablets and increased my metformin from 2 x 500mg a day to 3 a day.

Lets hope i can still maintain these numbers with my change in medication.

I have to go snd see her again in 3 weeks 🙂
