Happy valentines to all, Question: what meal shakes can I use when there's no Exante any more?

Afternoon all. been a while since i was back, HBA1C now lurking at 42 so need to shift some pounds. too scared to try Monjouro without GP so it's shakes. ##

but Exante has gone bust. what tastes ok and isn't too pricy please? ###

with thanks in advance, Mrs Moo

Hi

What about New You - I think they took over Exante and my (non diabetic) colleague at work has been using them. We were both Exante customers previously. I think they are similarly priced and have a wider choice of flavours etc.

Good luck

A few members who are opting for the NHS Remission Programme approach have said they are using a Tesco own-brand one I think?

Oviva seem to be the organisation that some people get referred to via the NHS.

It seems to be important to find something which is a Total Diet Replacement formulation, so that it has been balanced with the macro- and micro-nutrients, vitamins, and minerals your body needs.

Hope you are able to find something suitable!
